Jack Johnson lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. He moved into leadership roles during my organizational life which began in architecture.   More than 25 years ago he shifted his focus to executive and leadership coaching and organization development.

He partners with leaders, their teams and organizations to generate a future in which they are more effective. Jack’s clients include leaders and leadership teams in Fortune 500 companies and many major not-for-profit organizations. These partnerships included working to design and implement organizational development interventions, team building, strategic planning, whole system change initiatives, innovation and creativity initiatives and individual leadership development. He also served as the internal Senior Executive Coach and Organizational Development Consultant for the National Headquarters of the American Red Cross, the Smithsonian Institution, and the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command. Clients range from major corporations as such Intel, DuPont, Northrop Grumman, The Principle Financial Group, Kewaunee Scientific and Pioneer Seed to the Children’s Defense Fund, the University of North Carolina, Wake Forest University, NPR and The Arts for Learning in Miami.  I also coach to TED (Technology, Entertain and Design) fellows.

Jack has authored chapter 13 of, “Leader as Coach of Innovation” in McGraw Hill’s book A Manager’s Guide to Fostering Innovation and Creativity in Teams published in 2010.

Aside from working with individual leaders and leadership teams in corporations, Jack enjoys being a mentor and program coach with Newfield Asia and Coaching Excellence in Organizations (Institute for Generative Leadership).  He currently serves on the Internal Review Board for the International Coach Federation.
