Carol C. Courcy MCC
Carol Courcy earned her first coaching certification in 1990 after three years of intensive study in ontological coaching. Since then, she has successfully integrated coaching principles into her client organisations’ learning and business initiatives. After more than 4,500 hours of coaching, she sustains the passion, rigor and “lightness of being” appreciated by her clients on their journey towards effective living. Her customers include individuals and teams of executives, directors, vice presidents and line managers. Carol supports them in times of transition for their professional growth as they fulfill their company’s goals.
From 2000-2008 Carol was Vice President for Newfield Network in the USA, Director of Coach Training for North America, and Senior Course Leader. Her students have come from North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Since 2000, Carol has been an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and an active member of the global ICF Coaching Credentialing team where she certifies coaches.
Many of her 4,500 hours as a coach helped her write her book on simple yet powerful emotional agility learning strategies. She calls the book her gift in support her favourite audience—the ever striving, exhausted, self-sacrificing overachievers. The title is “Save Your Inner Tortoise – Learn How to Cross the Finish Line Joyful and Satisfied”
(http://www.saveyourinnertortoise.com). Carol is now a featured speaker on emotional agility and coaching skills in the United States, Asia, and Europe.
