World Class Coach Training & Programs

Five years ago I made a decision to learn how to coach and enrolled with The Coach Partnership / Newfield. Little did I know how much that decision would positively impact my whole life. I’ve had the privilege to work with and learn from some talented coaches, mentors and friends. The experience has helped me follow a passion of supporting and partnering with others, provided new tools of learning and perhaps most
importantly, brought me into a community that wants to help and develop one another. They say it’s the journey rather than the destination and I couldn’t agree more.

It’s always been clear to me that certain people, people who exercise regularly and who eat healthy, people who sleep well and who don’t smoke or drink to excess, create different outcomes in life. Becoming certified as a health coach has cemented this understanding of health in a new way for me; a way that has allowed me to be even more
outrageous with my clients as they take control of their health and aging and inspire those around them to do the same.

The experience has been “defining” for me in more ways than one. I would not trade this for anything on planet earth. The beauty of it all is that we are just beginning to explore, beginning to observe differently, beginning to accept and beginning to make a difference with a new way of being.

The Newfield Program offered by The Coach Partnership has helped me become fully immersed in the coaching world where I continue to gain insights about myself, while also being in the most privileged position of learning vicariously through the journey of my coaching clients. The Newfield coaching program has been one of the best gifts I could have given myself in this exhilarating journey of personal growth and discovery.

Health coaching deepened my respect for our body — the marvellous engine through which we experience life! I believe that if we can take better care of our health, we can genuinely achieve and be more. The Coach Partnership Health Coaching Program not only taught me about the health coaching process and the underpinning medical sciences, but I was also able to learn and be with amazing classmates, teachers and alumni — doctors, health practitioners and health coaches!

The Newfield Program offered by The Coach Partnership has changed my
world and my experience of it. A little like Alice going down the rabbit-hole, it has been a wonderland journey. I didn’t know what to expect at the beginning, and as I got onto it and dug deep, I have “gotten smaller and grown bigger” along the way. I am a better version of myself today – in touch with my body, emotions and language – which allows me to keep exploring, learning and relearning. Truly, a life-changing gift!

This program is for people who want to punch through their own barriers, take responsibility and take life by the horns. I cannot recommend it enough, no matter your life or career stage.

“l want to be well.” A simple health goal, explored in the realm of the body, often unearths a deeper wisdom of what the human soul yearns deeply for. This program complemented my ontological and trauma-informed works, and equipped me with deeper insights of the human psyche. I now observe through new lenses and see the threads that beautifully braid our body, mind and soul, as the art of coaching marries the medical science of health and wellness.

The conversation of health & wellbeing cannot be separated from the conversations of leadership and life, they are one in the same. I received a tremendous gift by participating in the health coaching program through The Coach Partnership; it elevated my listening and broadened my awareness so that I can act in more powerful and relevant ways to the concerns of my clients. I gained a wealth of information, I strengthened my practice and expanded my community. I am grateful for the learning and the experience.

I really appreciated the self discovery journey that this program took me on. Usually we’re taught concepts but here, I experienced and lived it, making it 10x more meaningful.

The most powerful experience for me was OPENINC up CHOICE in all aspects of my life. I discovered that how I see the world is not “how things objectively are”. Instead, it’s driven by my emotions and internal narratives. By calling them out, I can intentionally choose to stay in it or
take responsibility to transform my situation. The ability to make this choice has significantly made me a better leader, mother, wife, and daughter. I am inspired to pass this on to my clients and colleagues so they too can experience it’s transformative power.

Training with The Coach Partnership taught me the difference between
coaching and mentoring. Asking powerful questions, being comfortable in silence and actively practicing the four body dispositions is a gift, which I look forward to using in my leadership and as a coach. I intend to approach every interaction and every day as a beginner coach. Thank you Team Newfield!

Using all the skills and experience of 1-1 coaching and layering on new learning and experiences for the complexities of multiple clients at once was challenging and exhilarating.
