Cheong Meoh Ching, an executive coach and a facilitator, has over 20 years of multi-national experience in information technology, channel distribution, marketing, product & program management, as well as workforce development.

Her in-depth of knowledge in IT business coupled with her expertise in people developmental skills makes her an in-demand facilitator and coach in the region. Her strengths lie in having individuals stretch in developing and harnessing their leadership capability to produce tangible results in the workplace and in their personal lives.

Her approach to coaching is based on her commitment to contribute to people achieving excellence in leadership at, and beyond, work. She uses a combination of coaching tools with the objective of sustainability – the strength that is built, or skills that are learned, will allow the client to produce new and different results, past the time with the coach.

Graduating from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, she is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC™) of the International Coaching Federation and Newfield Certified Coach (NCC™) from the Newfield Network. In area of somatic work, she is also a Certified Level II Provider of Tension Release Exercise TRE®.

Ching is also a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistics Programming as well as a certified MBTI trainer.

Beyond work, Ching is passionate about hiking and photography – both brings her closer to nature and, literally, seeing things for different perspectives.
