Marcus Marsden PCC Managing Partner

Marcus is an executive coach and trainer based in Singapore with clients throughout Asia and the UK. His work is informed by more than 25 years of business and management experience, developed in senior management roles in Europe and Asia. He specializes in experiential leadership development, top team dynamics and coaching senior executives in leadership, interpersonal excellence and change.

Marcus is also the Managing Partner of TWP and Newfield Asia. Having joined the company in 2002, Marcus quickly developed into one of the organisation’s leading trainers and coaches. Marcus has worked extensively with organizations throughout Asia and Europe, including Unilever, PETRONAS, Sony Ericsson, Taishin Bank, Birla Group, Wika Construction, Imperial Tobacco, Acxiom and Hewlett Packard.

Marcus is a lead trainer for the ICF ACTP Newfield Asia Coach Training program.

Marcus began his career as a management trainee with Unilever in London and went on to develop a career that progressed through Brand Management, to General Management and Change Management. Arriving in Asia in 2002, Marcus joined TWP in Indonesia, where he ran the Indonesian business at the same time as honing his training and coaching skills. Graduating from Oxford University, Marcus is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC™) of the International Coaching Federation and Newfield Certified Coach (NCC™) from the Newfield Network.

When not working, he is passionate about health, fitness and nutrition, (his wife is a Nike+ Training Club trainer, ICF-certified PCC Coach and championship-winning personal fitness trainer!) In 2017, they published their first book: Fit To Lead.

Marcus enjoys golf and listening to the music of Bob Dylan. He is also an ardent fan of his favourite EPL and NFL teams, both of which have helped him to develop a healthy relationship with failure and disappointment.
